I first collect PET plastic bottles from the streets or event venues of Helsinki. Bottles are then washed, sanitized and prepped for my jeweler’s studio where I, Jing, personally work on your order.
Your jewelry is made with an intricate process where I first cut the plastic into shapes inspired by flowers, nature and art forms. Then, using candle heat, I very carefully curl the plastic into the beautiful organic shapes you see featured in my product portfolios. I then adorn your jewelry with beads, leaves and other fashion accessories. A final assembly ensures perfectly durable and functional wear.
Every step of my creative process is a very conscious one, designed to minimize plastic waste.
Materials
Besides upcycled PET Plastic arrangements, this earring uses copper plated parts (hooks, chains, clasps etc.) that are coated with silver. Our earrings are allergen-free and devoid of lead, nickel and cadmium.
Five clear recycled plastic bottle petals surround a small bead on the Just a Flower Earrings – Clear and are attached to a metal post complete with a leaf charm. With their easy-insert hooks, they are a simple accessory to add to formal wear for dinner parties or casual clothing for brunch with friends.

‘Reduce, reuse, repurpose, repair, recycle’
The 3 hours machine mending private class you can attend alone or bring a friend. You will learn basics of how to mend, upcycle and alter any clothes or textiles based on your level and interest. Time of the class is appointment based.
Sustainable fashion expert Kasia Jamrozik of Upstitch Studio will show you how to enhance, repair and upcycle damaged clothes with more or less visible mending techniques. With the motto ‘put your money where your values are’, Kasia is dedicated to reducing waste from fast fashion. This course welcomes everyone from beginners to experts.

Make your own upcycled flower gift for any occasion!
In our fun workshop Craft Maker Lalola Anastasia will show you how to create different kind of flowers from recycled material such as paper from books and magazines that you can use to make a card or bouquet.
This course welcomes everyone. Participants have to be at least 10 years old. You dont need any prior experience. We will provide needed tools and recycled materials. However, you are welcome to additionally bring small amounts of any material of your own that you would like to use during the workshop.
Spaces are limited to10 participants per session.
Please book your spot at least one day in advance!
