Call for Makers! Intercultural Christmas market 2024 at Dome Upcycling
Intercultural Christmas market @DomeUpcycling at ITIS shopping centre
We are happy to invite you to take part in this year’s Dome Upcycling’s intercultural Christmas market. Helsinki-based entrepreneurs from all around the world offer a wonderfully colourful selection of hand-made and upcycled fashion and accessories inspired by a combination of Finnish life-style and their culture of origin.
Location: Dome Upcycling shop at Itis shopping centre, Itäkatu 1-5, 00930 Helsinki
Time: 22.11-23.12.2024.
You do not need to be present the whole time and there is no space rent. We take care of selling your items.However, we wish that you attend the launch events Friday morning and Saturday 23.11. (16-19) and the little Christmas party for makers and some VIP guests on 30.11. (16-19) Furthermore, we can agree additional “Meet and greet the makers”-days with each of you.
You get from us
A rent-free dedicated table or rack space for your items
marketing of the event including your brand across all our channels
65% of sales after VAT (our commission is 35%)
VIP event on 23.11. 16-20 and a little Christmas party for makers 30.11. at 16-20
(possibly a special shopping time for only Itis workers on 22.11. at 9-11) - needs to be confirmed with Itis
You need to provide us with
A short description of yourself/your brand/your items that you are planning to sell
A representative, good quality image of your products to be used for event promotion
All items labelled with price
An A5 or A4 table display stand about your brand/ items, optional with an image of you.
A delivery list with prices
Optional you can bring your own rack or small table
Delivery of items to be sold: Sat 16.11. and Mon18.11. - Wed (12-18)
Setting up of sales area: Thu 21.11. at 12-15
VIP opening party for customers and special guests (by invitation/registration only!): Sat 23.11. at 16-19 (to be confirmed) (23.-24.11. official opening of Christmas Season at Itis)
Special shopping time for ITIS workers Fri 22.11. at 9-12 (to be confirmed)
Little X-mas party for makers and some special guests (by invitation/registration only!): Sat 30.11. at 16-19
